  This was the best car buying experience from start to finish. They all worked together for me to buy this car fast! The sales team was knowledgeable, honest, and very understanding.

  Called about a used car on the lot. Was put on hold 10 minutes and then told the car is available. Was told I needed to make an appointment, so I did for the next evening. Drove my daughter an hour to this place only to be told by shady salesman, that car was delivered to someone last night. Then he gets on his computer and suggests a bunch of junks they have on the lot that are nothing like the car my daughter wanted. You only get one chance to make a first impression. So long losers.

  Horrible I got a used 2020 Hyundai palaside from here and it’s been nothing but problems since I bought it it. I had my truck less then a year and it’s been at Harte Nissan in Hartford longer then I had my own car. Then I go to get it fixed and they fix it then it breaks down same issue multiple times I just want a replacement car I’m so mad my car is still not running properly I got sold a bad car and can’t even get a new one it’s so sad

  I have been using Harte Nissan at 165 W Service Rd, Hartford, CT since 2006. They continue to treat me excellent in both the service and sales department. I have never had a bad experience with either department. Every associate is extremely polite and knowledgeable. Recently, I was having a problem with my 2019 Altima Navigation/Audio system. The volume control on the device worked sporadically (I could not turn it down or up and as you turned the control knob the values just seemed to alternate between a level 2 to 6. Volume could be controlled via the buttons on the steering wheel. SXM radio would go out in areas which never experienced dead zones in the past (or with my other Nissan vehicles). Blue tooth music songs would play but then start jumping around to other songs for no apparent reason. None of the above happened all the time. After the service department inspected it, I was told I would need a new unit. The cost for this device was quite high. My service advisor and the service manage told they would contact Nissan and see if something could be done to decrease the cost. A few days later, I was told Nissan would replace the unit for free and I would only be charged for installation and reprogramming. this decreased the overall cost by about $3000!! I was very happy. This is why I continue to use Harte Nissan. They really care about and take care of their customers!!
