Having a new 2025 vehicle spend most of the year stuck in repair center waiting for small parts is extremely disappointing and frustrating.

They sent me a letter with a stated price they would buy my car for and when I went to the dealership to confirm they asked me "did you really think you were going to get that much for your car?" I will not be going back to this dealership due to how rude and off-putting the whole experience was. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR DISHONEST WAYS. There are better dealerships with easier staff to work with who won't question your expectations based off of a quote THEY give you.
