They always said it was in great shape. I found a rusted piece on the floor of my garage in December then had them check the under carriage soon thereafter and we were told the car was undriveable due to the rot. They had it up on a lift every 6 months and not a word about rust then ll of a sudden it's junk? We then shopped for a new car there and the salesman told us he was told to treat us like family. We were offered $750 for trade on an otherwise pretty nice car. If that's how they treat family.... We were offered $3,500 trade by a Mazda dealer. My wife is now the proud owner of a 2026 Mazda thanks to Harte Infinity. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STEER CLEAR OF HARTE UNLESS YOU'RE LOOKING TO GET SCREWED BY A FAMILY MEMBER!

I’ve also built a report with Dominique who was wonderful. Every issue has been resolved timely and effectively. I have to say I was a little hesitant when Josh informed me he had only been a car salesman for a short period of time. But as it turned out Josh was a great guy. He kept me abreast throughout the entire deal and was well informed about this particular vehicle. He made sure everything went well every step of the way. If you are in need of a new/used vehicle definitely go see Josh @ Harte Infiniti in Hartford CT!!!
