This was the second reservation on the same trip, on two different dates, and both were affected—ultimately forcing me to cut my holiday travel short by two days. Despite a confirmed reservation for a premium car, I was told there were no vehicles available. The assistant manager was dismissive and unhelpful, made no attempt to offer alternatives, and even refused my request to take a different vehicle class. While waiting for an Uber, I was asked to leave the location in 18-degree weather, which was shocking and disrespectful. I went to Avis immediately after. Although they were also busy due to holiday demand, they asked me to wait 20 minutes, found a vehicle, and had me on the road quickly. The contrast in customer service was night and day. I’ve been a loyal Enterprise customer for over six years and have never experienced anything like this. Avoid this location—especially during holiday travel. Go where customers are helped, not dismissed.
