Arriving there I asked if ai could modify the reservation if needed as I was trying to change my flights and she said yes, only to 2 days later the next person to be very rude over the phone saying she needed HER car back at HER location asap even though I said I was too far and would never make it- she still charged me an extra day. AWFUL!
