    Enterprise Rental Cars at Airport Rd, Hartford is worth the time to get there even if you have a closer location. Brendan who is in charge there and Chris make a great team and they truly make what’s often a difficult situation easier, as they are empathic and have your needs in mind as well as the company needs. Many thanks as this was a 3+ week rental. Car was fantastic and in great shape. Thanks to you all!! Much appreciation. T. Nance

    Terrible experience my car got totaled and they referred me over to this location. I had the rental for 2 weeks used it two or three times because I have an another car. It was parked in my garage the remainder of the time I bring it back they tried to accuse of damaging the car when the car already had existing dents. Chris failed to send me over pictures of the car before I had it so I could compare never did but stated I damaged it. Now I’m not hearing back from them terrible customer service and a terrible location

    The best customer service you will ever see... Highly recommend, very user friendly platform, and their Managers and employees are good at what they do... Chris at the Airport Road location is amazing with customers.. He has the people skills and customer service skills that cannot be taught...
