  Terrible experience my car got totaled and they referred me over to this location. I had the rental for 2 weeks used it two or three times because I have an another car. It was parked in my garage the remainder of the time I bring it back they tried to accuse of damaging the car when the car already had existing dents. Chris failed to send me over pictures of the car before I had it so I could compare never did but stated I damaged it. Now I’m not hearing back from them terrible customer service and a terrible location

  The best customer service you will ever see... Highly recommend, very user friendly platform, and their Managers and employees are good at what they do... Chris at the Airport Road location is amazing with customers.. He has the people skills and customer service skills that cannot be taught...

  Enterprise ​This is how the top tier of businesses care for their customers. I picked up our car from the Hartford airport on a Wednesday afternoon. Leanna made sure I breezed through the checkout and got on the road with minimal difficulty. Over the years I've used Enterprise frequently and find this to be the standard they always reach. Leanna was the face of Enterprise to me and did a wonderful job. She also did one thing I've not seen before. She made sure I knew to expect a text I could reply to for help on the road and told me that the text would come to them instead of the central Enterprise number. Now I had a local contact. It proved to be useful. On Thursday the low air alarm sounded on the right front tire. I stopped off and got it inflated and the alarm went away. Friday was the day of the wedding which was our reason to be an hour north of Hartford. As I was driving to the venue where we had a couple of hours of preparation before the ceremony the tire alarm went off again. Now I really had a problem bigger than just a low time alarm. I had my son's wedding to attend and a flight the next morning timed so that I had to leave the hotel driving back to Hartford by 5:30AM. I could have just run and quickly inflated the tire before the ceremony and hoped it was OK the next morning. That would have meant driving in the dark on the highway with a questionable tire and an unforgiving timeline. So I sent a text to the number Leanna gave me crossing my fingers that it would work: "Right front tire has a slow leak. I don't have time to mess with it right now. Can somebody come fill it. Or change the tire." ​The response was, let's fix this problem: "Hello William! Oh no- yes I can send someone with a replacement for you. Where are you located? - Leanna" I sent a screen grab of the map of where we were, at the wedding venue. "Perfect - I will be sending a driver ASAP. They will call you when they arrive. We are about 50 minutes away - Leanna" ​Sure enough, an hour later I got a phone call from the driver and he had another car which we swapped out. I was away from the pre-ceremony events for five minutes and the entire problem vanished. There are a dozen ways this could have gone wrong from my missing the ceremony to having a tire blowout on the highway to my missing my return flight and all the associated cost that would incur. And really only the one way it could go right. Leanna made sure that one way happened and made it look easy. I'd give Leanna and Enterprise a five star review but it would not seem like enough stars. What could have ended up as a miserable 24 hours for me ended up being just fine. So, thank you to Enterprise and Leanna, a company and representative doing things right. Bill Schubert

  Great service! Professional service. I was picked up, rented the car, and was returned… that’s huge to me. I love Enterprise over all other car rental companies; I have only had positive experiences with Enterprise. Great job at the Hartford, CT location (near Wethersfield)!
