However, after picking up my car, I discovered that my driver’s door lock no longer functions properly, an issue that did not exist before the repairs. When I brought it to the owner’s attention on February 11th, he stated he would order the necessary part and follow up. It has now been two weeks with no update or communication. This issue directly affects the safety and security of my vehicle. While I value the initial courtesy shown, the lack of follow-through and accountability regarding a post-repair safety concern has been extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not return for future service, nor would I feel comfortable recommending this shop to others.
