- MTMichelle TolarFeb 5, 20265.0As long as you make the correct reservation (basic details like pickup location, time, etc.) there isn't an issue! I use Enterprise when I'm traveling for work and personal reasons. There have been two occasions at other locations (not this one!) where the staff were less than helpful (and very short of professional) - but that's only twice out of fifty plus rentals. It's also much, much easier to extend the date/time than it is other places (note I am signed up with Enterprise plus, which might make it easier, I'm not sure). My trip this week went great and the staff at the location were wonderful and courteous. No issues whatsoever.
