So I was curious to see if the level of customer service (being great) had remained the same. To my surprise on Oct 7, 2025, I was pleased with the service. Mia Pastorok was the representative who helped me. At the time is was only one Rep. Mia and about 5 customers waiting to be seen, as I was checking in, I'm busy on a business call while she's getting me set up in the rental. She was patient and professional as I was moving right along with her still on my phone call which could have been annoying for her, yet she was great! When my call ended I commended Mia for her patience and professionalism with me and how great she was running a busy establishment like a one-women show that day and getting customers in and out. She got me in and out and I was able to switch a car to my liking, I waited for it to be cleaned because it had just been returned and it was nicely cleaned when I got it. When returning the vehicle, I wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name who does the car detailing. He did a thorough check-in and clean to the vehicle because I left some important confidential papers in the car and he returned them to me immediately! Thanks, again Enterprise!🙂👍 Y.R.R
