Told the part would be in at 8 am next day. Show up at 4 pm next day. They say it wasn’t there. The head light that is out causes me not being able to drive at night. I have to Uber another night to work because Auto Zone does not know what they’re doing. I had someone come with me who I was paying to put the piece in. But it was not there. No explanation. No help. Had me wait 30 minutes in store as they took care of other customers because they were not willing to update me. Finally someone came over and said well I just have to give you a refund. Way to go ; staff needs some training.
