Feeling frustrated, I returned to Advance Auto Parts to request a refund for the new battery, as I had been misled. Although their return policy states that I could return the battery within 90 days, I encountered difficulty during the return process. After a lengthy discussion, I was eventually issued a refund, but the experience left me feeling upset and dissatisfied. I believe it's essential for customers to receive accurate information, especially regarding essential car parts. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future customers.
