Always have a great experience at this autozone location.

I return 2 hours later to pick up my battery and they gave it back to me without ever charging it and never even told me. I returned home and jumped the car battery, it started and held charge. The staff blatantly neglected their responsibility. Go to advance auto parts instead a mile up the road where they value the customers time and needs.

- LCLauren CMar 10, 20265.0You would not believe the trouble that Alex went through to be sure that the wiper blades I was purchasing would actually fit my car. My car is German and a weird model, what a pain it is to find the right things that fit. The wipers go on in such a particular way and there’s many different variations of wiper handles, narrow 19mm, wide 22mm, push button, J Hook… He took the time to read the manual with me, not just going by what was in the computer, looked at the old wiper blades, even looked at an online tutorial. The wipers even perplexed his boss who is more experienced. This young man went above and beyond he even brought out a stepstool and basically climbed up to make sure I had the right ones. Was willing to do an exchange if they didn’t fit. But because he was so careful he made sure he made sure they fit. Made a customer for life. THANK YOU ALEX!
