- KKKateraAug 28, 20251.0Because of this mechanic's ignorance, after four separate visits to A-1 in three weeks for the same issues, we were given back and had been driving around a car with internal coolant leaks, a cracked engine block and a blown head gasket. We took it to Ford and they reported to us that the car should be totaled as it was beyond repair, or we would have to have a custom built 2.0 liter engine costing over ten thousand dollars put into the car. When confronting John, he had a bad attitude and was unapologetic, and his explanation did not make any sense. Genuinely unbelievable.

Despite the sign on the door saying they were open until 5, the entire place was empty and locked up. Called a few days later during business hours and there was no answer. I don’t know how places stay in business when they’re never open.
