  Because of this mechanic's ignorance, after four separate visits to A-1 in three weeks for the same issues, we were given back and had been driving around a car with internal coolant leaks, a cracked engine block and a blown head gasket. We took it to Ford and they reported to us that the car should be totaled as it was beyond repair, or we would have to have a custom built 2.0 liter engine costing over ten thousand dollars put into the car. When confronting John, he had a bad attitude and was unapologetic, and his explanation did not make any sense. Genuinely unbelievable.

  Had Mike emissions checked at A1 complete auto care and they were extremely quick and on time. I will use them again positively.

  Nothing but great service at a great price. I take my Saab, my wife's Audi, and our Nissan truck here for every kind of service, which says a lot about the breadth of knowledge that the mechanics have. Last week my Saab had a check engine light; the Body Control Module was sending erratic signals. John attempted to reprogram the BCM, but it didn't take. The unit is clearly on its way out. Rather than order and install a new unit (huge expense), John (the owner) told me that the car could be driven safely while I looked for a less expensive alternative. And he charged me zero for the attempt to reprogram the module. I'm a customer for life.

  Making appointments for car servicing, I get that. Making appointments for smog checks or, worse, being asked if you have an appointment when NO ONE IS THERE... I don't get. The business that previously had that service in the area was respectful and happy to serve. Not so much, here.
