- SSSandra ShumwayNov 1, 20251.0The technician who tried to change the cabin air filter didn't have a clue what he was doing, pulled out the entire glove box, dropped it on the floor, emptied half the contents. He did managed to replace the filter and put things back together, but I then realized that the door to the glove box no longer dropped gently, it just flopped. I went back and, of course, they claimed it was like that when it arrived - most certainly was not. I showed it to my nephew who used to manage one of these places and he showed me where the piece that controls the door drop was now broken. I filed a claim with Customer Service and perhaps they will fix it. I plan to visit the new oil change facility a little further down the road in the future - the overall arrogance of the staff at the Valvoline facility makes for less than a pleasant experience.
