    Trying to upsell me on everything… Even to the point that they told me my car had a significant severe oil leak to sell me $23 oil thickener when my husband checks the oil all the time and this is not my first experience with being up sold here. They know that I do not know anything about cars and take advantage of that which is not cool.

    I was in need of having my low beam lights replaced in my VW Golf Sportswagon. In the past I always had the dealer work on my car. However today the dealer quoted $200. I went to Auto Zone and bought the lights and the gentleman there highly recommended that I go to Valvoline for installation. Upon arriving I was greeted by Emilio. Emilio was very professional and personable within minutes he addressed my needs and off I went. I only paid for the price of the bulbs. I will definitely go there for some future services. Thanks Emilio for making my day!
