  Richard and Dave were fantastic. I plan on buying / financing / leasing all of my vehicles through VW in the future. It was fun - no overpitched sales ideas, and totally such a pleasure to work with. The convenience of developing a relationship really makes working with them such a great value!

  The staff was incredibly friendly and very easy to deal with, no high pressure sales pitch and everyone streamlined the process so I could get out on the road quickly!   I love Gene Langen Volkswagen, I just purchased my 3rd Jetta. I had another great expierence my salesman Frank Pawlowicz was informative, polite, kind and addressed my needs. My "trade in" was just under 10 years old with 97000 miles, I loved my car, it was my 10 year plan to purchase a new vehicle and without a thought, it was a Jetta. The service with Troy and the team over 17 years with 2 vehicles at Gene Langen is outstanding. My purchase overall was easy, honest and fair. Frank made sure to listen to my thoughts and met me at my goal. My decision and purchase was exactly what it needed to be in "MY" financial world. Delivery was easy Frank explained the new options and changes on my new Jetta.. Rick in finance was also very helpful, kind and informative.   Servicing went like a breeze. Comfortable chairs in a kitschy tiki bar-like waiting area. Actually, the most comfortable chairs I ever sat on in a dealership. Fast internet and no TV (great!) so I was able to get some good work done. Got an amusing « oil changed » sticker…for my EV. Apparently, the exhaust also passed the inspection !
