- AОльгаFeb 21, 20261.0We went in November to do an emission test. The catalytic converter has passed. Then in a few months someone stole the catalytic converter (no more damage or theft) from a home address that mentioned in the paper. Be careful with that service. Save your car.

- RRRussell RuyackJan 20, 20262.0My regular mechanic was on vacation, so I tried monro I went in for a service engine light the man I talked to said leave it with us we’ll diagnose it, brought it in at 9:30 called me back at 11:30 said I need two spark plugs and a coil pack and a crank sensor, calls me back at 2:30 says your cars working fine went to pick it up drove it a few blocks starting shaking then the check engine light flashes, brought it back said I have to wait till Monday since it was Saturday I’ve paid $700 already call me Monday said while changing your spark plugs we stripped your o2 sensor & said we have to replace your electronic control module. Invoice $1100 for a total of $1,800, I’m thinking of calling consumer protection or BBB please don’t ever go to Monroe brake & muffler in Glastonbury.
