  I had an excellent experience working with Byram during the purchase of my car. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, which made what can be a stressful experience actually enjoyable. I truly felt taken care of throughout the whole journey. When I needed a little more time before making my purchase, he was very accommodating and understanding, which I truly appreciated. I’m very excited to be a new customer of this dealership and would absolutely recommend him and the team to anyone looking for a smooth, professional car-buying experience.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had another excellent experience at Gene Langan Volkswagen. This was the second time Miguel helped me with a vehicle purchase, and once again he went above and beyond. He made the entire process seamless and had everything completed before the vehicle even arrived at the lot, which truly speaks to his professionalism and communication. Miguel also previously helped my son purchase his very first vehicle from the Langan dealership, and that experience was just as outstanding. His patience, knowledge, and attention to detail made us feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. A huge thank-you as well to Steve in finance for all of his help. He was thorough, easy to work with, and made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free. I truly can’t say enough about the communication, efficiency, and customer care from this team.   I had Frank Pawlowicz help me find a used 2022 Taos that ticked all my boxes while staying affordable, and not only did he do a better job than any of the 7 or 8 other dealerships I checked out, but even more so than the sales reps I spoke to when I was buying my previous 2 cars in Florida. On top of that, financing and getting the car out of the lot was remarkably straightforward and fast. However, I was still given all of the important details regarding warranty, potential cost of repairs, and the car’s extra features. Even after buying, Frank sat me down and helped me get acquainted with the Volkswagen app, the Taos’ settings and digital display, and any extra features we didn’t go over during or after the two test drives we went on. Overall, my experience at Gene Langan’s was a unique, refreshing car buying experience you’ll seldom find anywhere else.
