    I always have a great experience when it comes to Enterprise and this time was no different. Bianca was amazing! She was courteous, professional and patient. I definitely recommend using Enterprise because it's such a simple system and they are always willing to work with you.

    Bianca was honestly so helpful and knowledgeable. Progressive tried to give me so much pushback and tried to force me to take a front wheel drive a vehicle when my vehicle is all-wheel-drive. Bianca really made sure that I had a safe vehicle to do my far commute to work. People typically don’t care. She actually cares about what she’s doing and that’s very hard to find. Progressive really push back hard for no reason. Awesome customer service! Very nice people.

    Didn't expect to drive a giant pickup (Chevy Silverado) off the lot , but it's all they had....no problem. New car smell still , nice ! They picked me up and brought me back home after drop-off , Great! Unlimited miles was nice , but not needed this time . Marquise and Briana at the Commerce Drive, Bpt location were Great ! Would definitely use them again if needed .
