He explained what he was doing, made sure my oil change was perfect, and didn’t miss a detail. He was fast, thorough, and genuinely cared, especially since I was in a bit of a rush. Terrell was also great! He made sure everything was top tier, and my car feels brand new. Thank you Marlon and Terrell!!! I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came here immediately asked for a price on a battery and then three people came out to tell me to move my car in different places which I did. They kept getting angry, even though I was complying with exactly what they said and so I was confused as to why they were angry and then I politely kept saying could someone please tell me the price of the battery no one did. I finally got in there and the man was motioning for me to move forward. The other guy didn’t see that he was motioning and started yelling at me that I shouldn’t be moving forward, and I pointed to the guy motioning toward me and he rightfully closed his mouth. When I expressed how annoying what had just happened was to the other guy, he started laughing at me and you know what that was a boundary violation- I said how dare you laugh at me- I’m desperate for a new battery, I’m stressed and you’re making fun of me and I’ll be calling corporate because this is unacceptable . The manager answered a question about payment processes, which I said fine to his answer about the payment (they called the manager because they weren’t sure if they could use my payment form, he wasn’t there). I then made a complaint about them and the manager (who was automatically nasty before I even spoke by the way) certainly couldn’t hear it that his employees were acting cruelly, talked over me, and totally just reprimanded me instead of listening to what I was saying - I didn’t fight him on the answer to payment query at all. It was a very negative experience and I don’t recommend it. I didn’t get a battery here if you can surmise that. I watched the man next to me being treated with respect and dignity, so I can’t say that this doesn’t feel sexist.
