I went along with it anyways because we'll be taking the vehicle on a 800 mile journey, and they had already had my car in the air. They ended up putting in less than a quart of oil and charged me $48.90 (with a $12 voucher; a farce). I should have been given the option as to whether or not I still wanted to proceed with the oil change since it was only recently done, and I felt some pressure to do it since they already had my car suspended in the air. I didn't want them sabotaging my vehicle in anyway. They have lost my trust, and my business will be going elsewhere.
