I don’t even know where to start. To sum it up, there was a lack of communication between the family members as to what kind of tinting I wanted done on my vehicle. After they tinted my car, I was shocked to see that everything was entirely wrong. (I had just paid almost $400 mind you) so I was upset, especially considering I was very clear as to what I wanted done to my car. When I went back in the office and asked them about it, they immediately became very defensive and started speaking Spanish so that I couldn’t understand. They were visibly panicking, and when we went out to my car, they started coming up with a whole list of random reasons as to why I was wrong… it was very bizarre and made me uncomfortable to the point where I ended up leaving. Essentially, they were gaslighting me to the max because they did not want to admit their mistake. If they had just admitted they were wrong I would have completely understood, but unfortunately, being honest is not the approach that they took in this situation. When I got home, I was looking at my windows and there were many bubbles on every window except for 1 (as well as scratches on the inside of the passenger side window). I know that it takes a few days for the bubbles to work themselves out, so I held off on writing this review. It is now over three days later and my windows are still bubbly which is a real bummer. I will have to go somewhere else to get this problem fixed. I will not go back to The Goat Tints because if they did such a careless job applying the tints, I don’t trust them to remove them properly. Regardless, just be aware that these are not honest business people and I do not recommend this business. *** I am unable to respond to the business owner’s comment below so I will have to edit my post. I’m not here to argue with this man, as he knows that he did me dirty. I’m here to warn other people about this business because you need to be REALLY careful who you give your money to, and unfortunately in this case I learned the hard way. The owner is also incorrect that there are 2 sides to every story. There are 3 sides: mine, his and God’s. He KNOWS he screwed me over, and if he really is the “good Christian man” that he said he is, he will take this up with the Lord himself in church next Sunday (or not?). Also, yes, I AM a disabled veteran with a brain injury, but I am by no means stupid. Do not “thank” me for my service, only to turn around and list off all of my disabilities on a Google review, in an attempt to make it seem like this was my fault. That was rather distasteful and classless. I’m sure a lot of time and thought went into the owner’s response to my original post, but not much logic… YIKES.
