I didn't catch their names, but two guys checked the tread on my tires and said the tread was fine. My tire was fixed at no cost and very quickly! I'm very grateful for their service. My appointment was very early.

They checked the tire and could not find the leak, asked me if I was sure it was leaking, went back and checked it again and still could not find it. Took two people to check it the third time and they came back to me and said they found the leak in the side wall and the tire needed to be replaced, $214 for one tire(which may be fair because it’s a new car and the tires are 150$ each). They didn’t fill the air in the tire to the needed psi (they left it at 28) and I had to stop on the way home to fill it up-it didn’t trigger until I had driven for a bit that it was low still. All in all, the service was completed timely at a fair price, I just lost some confidence in them as they had trouble finding the leak and then didn’t fill my tire with air to the recommended psi.

When I went around 9:20am there was no record of my appointment by name or phone number despite the text confirmation I received when making the appointment. BUT they took the car no problem and it was done when it said it would be done. Was a work/fleet vehicle so not sure if that had an impact but zero upselling (although brand new car with only 7500 miles so not sure what there would be to upsell). It is a process to authorize service but they did it as quickly as they could and never seemed frustrated by it.
