  Manny is wonderful and our “go-to” for our vehicle needs. He is knowledgeable and delivers quality and speedy repairs. His prices are fair and most importantly, I try him and his staff at Monroe.

  Very pleased. Polite and prompt service. Quoted a price and the actual cost was actually a little better than that. Won’t hesitate to work with them on other issues.

  If I could give more stars I would. The customer service and the management and the whole team really went above and beyond making my experience more than I could ask for. Manny and Lee are the reason I came back to Monro. Thank you guys for everything. I will be coming back for sure for my back brakes.

  Multiple problems encountered while getting oil changed. Paid 123$ for oil change / tire rotation. Asked them to check for a leak in tire. Requested high-mileage oil change. I’m going on a long road trip soon, so my first mistake was going here to get my car serviced. Problems below- First problem- they forgot to check for the leak. As I was leaving, I asked the girl if they found anything wrong with the tire and she they forgot to look. Second problem- as I’m getting in my car, the guy who acted like he couldn’t be bothered to talk to me. I explained about the tire and he said that he didn’t rotate them because they didn’t need it. Okay but I paid for it ?! Third problem- they gave me the synthetic oil which is more expensive when I asked for the high mileage so they’re a bunch of thieves over there. Beware of this location.
