  Luis was a huge help for me. I was so stressed with this cold weather and my car battery needing replacement. He was absolutely holding it down for the store front. So many customers - and he kept his cool. Incredible employee, thank you again!

On December 13, 2025, he personally assisted me with my vehicle, including installing a new battery and locating my receipt. His willingness to dedicate time and effort when others were unavailable truly stood out. He was the only one who provided assistance, and I am sincerely grateful for his support.
