  Unfortunately for me, I had 3 not-at-fault minor accidents in a matter of Three months with two of my range rovers, and all three got fixed and are back to new. Bob stayed in constant contact and kept me up to date.

  I have been going here for years. My husband and I picked up our Chevy Spark around a week ago after they replaced the radiator and a couple other parts after someone backed into us. On Christmas Eve, after my husband picked me up from work, we lost all power to the transmission at the 84-91 interchange with our son. After, we called the police and they got us a tow which cost $160 dollars because we had to pull over right after the entrance to rt 2 (very dangerous). After we got the car to my parents house (so we didn't miss Christmas eve) my husband opened the engine bay to find a vice grip. He determined they left the vice grip attached to the transmission cooling line at the radiator. This vice grip let loose spraying fluid all over my engine emptying and burning out the cvt. The website claims after hours answering service, however it seems it is just a voicemail with no one checking. I'm glad they got to enjoy their holiday after my family could have been killed due to their carelessness. I will adjust this review if they call me back before the weekend is up due to their "answering service". We are lucky the vice grip didn't fall somewhere that could have been worse.

  Wonderful experience! Tony did a stellar job communicating with the insurance and updating me during the process. I received my vehicle sooner than expected and it looked brand new. The quality of work done was astounding. I can't even tell that my vehicle had been in an accident. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I opened the engine bay to find a vice grip. They left the vice grip attached to the transmission cooling line at the radiator. This vice grip let loose spraying fluid all over my engine emptying and burning out the cvt. The website claims overnight service number however their is just a voicmail... im glad they had thrusday friday saturday sunday off to enjoy their holiday after nearly killing my wife my child and myself.
