- JJJoeyNov 13, 20252.0On 24 Mar 2025, my vehicle was delivered to, Olender's to be assessed for Auto Body repairs. On 25 Mar, I was informed by Bob Lacas that the assessment for damages to my vehicle would be completed by 1 Apr and I would be contacted. On 3 Apr, after not being contacted with an update, I called and spoke with Bo Lacas. Bob stated that the damages to my vehicle had still not been assessed. I asked why the assessment had taken longer than expected and was told that there were other vehicles that arrived after mine, which were deemed a higher priority and damages were assessed before my vehicle was assessed. I explained my frustration. Based on my experience with Bob Lacas and Olender's. I would not take my vehicle, or recommend vehicles be taken to Olender's for Auto Body assessment.
