The headlight in my truck went out a few days ago and it felt like nothing between today and yesterday was going right. I ordered the headlight online after speaking to a young woman that amazing!!! Customer Service was amazing!!! With my mobility issues she assured me that there would be no issues bringing the bulb out to me. Unfortunately, the wrong bulb was given to me that night when I picked it up that night. I returned to the store and provided the correct product. When returning home, we attempted to the bulb in and I was told that i ordered wrong bulb and they did not know what to tell me. I called the East Windsor store completely drained of my happy, defeated, overwhelmed and more. I spoke to Billy. Billy was AMAZING!!!!!! He informed me that the person removed the incorrect bulb put not only put my high beam back in but installed the correct light for me. BILLY THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HITTING THE RESET BUTTON ON MY DAY AND HELPING ME GET BACK MY HAPPY!!!!! I APPRECIATE IT MORE THAN YOU KNOW!!!!
