  I had an appointment between 8am-1pm for a windshield repair for a tiny crack. I’ve been waiting five hours for someone to get here, now it’s after 130 with no one here or en route.

  Sorry to say this did not go well. I had to go to their shop bc my car had a special windshield. (I normally would have them come to me - MUCH EASIER). I stayed bc I was told it would not take too long - arrived 15 min early to my 1pm appt (as they suggested). They took my keys and car as soon as I arrived. 1.5 hours pass by and I ask for an update - I was told by one person that their computer was not working for calibrating. I asked why they don't use one of their other ones, and was told they were being used by other people - once they were done, they will use the working one. Then a man comes out and tells me the issue is they have to calibrate with someone over the phone, and have to wait on their time. WHAT? And why am I being told multiple stories?! He then tells me 10 more minutes. Another hour passes and I ask WHAT is happening. I was told still issues calibrating. at 4pm they bring my car out front, saying all done. I get in and start my car - and every alert goes off. Loud beeping and every !! is on my dash. Airbag alert, Headlight alert, etc. I THEN go BACK IN and ask how they brought me back my car in THAT CONDITION - clearly they heard the screaming beeps as soon as you start the car! They act surprised, and a little irritated (as if its MY problem??) and say it might take another 30 min to re-calibrate. I was beyond irritated at this EXTREMELY poor experience. Even the other gentleman waiting for his car was shocked at this service and nervous about his car! I honestly think they don't know what they are doing. 10 minutes later they brought my car around and everything seemed better. Needless to say BEWARE about this place.

  My technician was great! Very friendly and explained everything I ask very well. He was on time and completed my windshield replacement professionally and promptly. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

  Rafael De Santis one of the greatest employee and a real asset to the company . My windshield had a Crack , I made an appointment job was done faster than expected and better than my expectations. Rafael warmly welcomed me and explained all the process offered me coffee while I wait in waiting area , came and checked on me if I needed anything else and made sure I was comfortable. After car got done walked me to my car and provided me instructions. Rafael gave me his personal guarantee about windshield . I recommend saflite and highly recommend Rafael De Santis if anyone need any work done at safelite. Let me not forgot to mention edwardo is great guy too and whole staff very welcoming .

  Really easy experience. I kept losing connection to my earbuds during a meeting. Our service tech came out right away to let me know my call was getting picked up in the car while they were working on it and wanted to make sure I knew. Thanks for the great service!
