  Had an amazing experience at Hoffman Lexus! We worked with Chris and he and every team member we encountered was wonderful. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in, and the various available trims. From test driving to signing, including Hoffman making sure we got every spec that we asked for, we couldn’t be happier. As a young woman car shopping, the experience can feel daunting and you worry about being pressured and taken advantage of. At Hoffman, I felt incredibly cared for and respected, and given the space to purchase the vehicle I truly wanted. Thank you to Chris and everyone, I love my new NX350 Premium!

  Anthony Hyner in the service department is awesome. Super friendly, efficient, and great with communication. I got a flat tire and had to make an emergency appointment on Saturday. He was able to get it done all in a days work, with updates and videos. Definitely will be returning for any future Lexus needs. Thank you to Anthony, the technician Josh B, and Hoffman Lexus!

  This is our second purchase from the Hoffman Auto Group and Ben Podchaiaki at Hoffman Lexus was outstanding. There was no pressure, he and the team explained every detail of the purchase, options and delivery process. Emerson Corbin spent at least an hour going over the cars operating and technical features. The process was fun and enjoyable. Al Ramos provided excellent administrative processing of all paperwork. This an exceptional group of professionals and I highly recommend visiting a Hoffman dealership. Cheers.

  I just purchased my 2026 RX 350h and had the absolute BEST experience at Hoffman Lexus. My old car was a lemon, which was a frustrating process in itself and left me with a lot of uncertainty around timing of my purchase. Hoffman stood out from other places I test drove because they were immediately understanding of my situation. Alex worked with me to find a car with everything I was looking for and that lined up with the general timeframe I had, and everyone was willing to work with me when delays occurred in the lemon process. Alex was never pushy, he answered all my questions and stayed patient throughout. Abu was super helpful during the finance piece of the process, again answering all my questions and giving me the time and space to make decisions about add-ons without feeling pressured. Everyone at Hoffman really made me feel like a person that they cared about, not just another sale. My experience here has been so much different from any other dealership I’ve ever been to, which makes me confident I made the right choice in Hoffman Lexus.

  I had a stress-free, enjoyable experience in purchasing my Lexus ES300h with my sales associate, Steve Cardoza. I had my eye out for the perfect pre-loved ES and had been looking at Carvana as well as Carmax and decided to check Hoffman's inventory one more time and I'm so glad I did as I still had doubts about having a car delivered and only a week to find any mechanical flaws before the 7 day warranty ran out. Honestly, I couldn't ask for an easier transaction. I received a fair trade in on my ES, got a CLEAN-CLEAN-CLEAN, ES Luxury with very low miles and a perfect service history at Hoffman Lexus which is exactly what I was looking for.. I used to sell cars myself years ago and it was nice to be treated with the same care as I gave my customers. Thanks, Stephen and the rest of the crew at Hoffman Lexus. I highly recommend Hoffman and Stephen Cardoza.
