ASK FOR JASON GRANT, he’s the BEST.
I had an amazing experience at Hoffman Ford. Start to finish. From when I first called, to when I drove off the lot in my new car.
Jackie (who was very nice) helped us with pairing us with a professional, experienced Sales Person - Jason Grant, who is phenomenal.
He was the furthest thing from your typical Sales person. He was personable, calm, he LISTENED to what we were looking for, and was NEVER pushy, a real family oriented man.
We found just what we were looking for, and Jason got us a great deal. Ask for him, you won’t regret it. He made himself available during the entire process, day & night, and was easy to talk to. I can’t thank Jason and his team enough. Thank you, Jason!!! We will be back for another vehicle

From being able to track your driver, to videos of your car inspection, to speaking with your account manager which was Tyler, service was understood and easily managed. All personalities were pleasant to deal with. Great job!

It was my experience with a previous vehicle that had me decide to come back to Hoffman Ford to service my new Bronco. My experience with Michael, the service coordinator, further confirmed that I had made the correct decision by returning. Michael as well as Noelle reinforce the customer service attitude which is difficult to find in today's world. I thank them, and feel confident I will return throughout the life of the vehicle.

Tyler was great. The dealership took care of my car well, but it was long. I am very disappointed that I got my new car back after the oil change with scratches on the paint. I sent photos and several messages and was not helped. That’s not ok.
I also gave to loaner back with a full tank and was still charged 20$ in gas, that was petty and small of them. When they picked up the car it was full, the guy confirmed that, and still I was charged. They can’t be bothered to fix the scratches they made though.

Brought vehicle in for warranty that book time says 1.5 to.3 days they say it won't be done until 8 days later so I ask for a loaner they didn’t have any and then they tell parts are on national back order. The warranty and the total cost more than what I expected, forcing me to apply for a loan to cover the the remaining balance. I contacted the warranty department and the # didn’t add up.
