  The service area is awful. Ray Torres who I had the bad luck of talking to was so arrogant and made me feel like I was taking up his time at work to discuss a work issue!!!

  Beware when dealing with this group of dealerships. Their ONLY concern is what is good for them. The customer is meaningless! After visiting one of their locations to look at a pre owned vehicle on Sunday, I immediately contacted the dealer online to confirm availability. I received a written confirmation of availability from Winsome Schauer and scheduled an appointment first thing that Monday morning for 5:45pm that evening. I then received a “customized” information packet via email from Luis Plaza, regional sales manager about the vehicle they knew I was interested in. On my drive to the dealership I got a call from Gabriel Cruz about the car I was literally driving to buy. Gabriel told me they had another customer on the car. I told them I was serious about purchasing the vehicle and offered to immediately put a down payment on the vehicle over the phone but was told I could not do that. By the time I reached the dealership minutes later I was met by Dwight Harrison, a former U.S. Marine, so I will not speak on my interactions with Dwight out of respect for our military members. I was then approached by Daniel Martinez, sales manager who admitted that I should have been offered an opportunity to put a down payment on the vehicle. Daniel however was unwilling to do anything at all to honor the verbal commitment we had made to our appointment earlier. He repeatedly said “it’s first come first serve, and that I should have placed a down payment over the phone. I stated I offered to do so and therefore if things are in fact first come first serve this should be honored. He then told me that only applies to customers who are in person. I am sharing these details in hopes that if you are considering buying a vehicle from this dealership these events don’t happen to you. I would also suggest you ask yourself if this is how you want to be treated when making a purchase of this magnitude? No one should expect to have such an unprofessional buying experience from a dealership that claims to have a respectable reputation!

  Dwight Harrison at Genesis Hoffman, Avon gives great specific information on the origins of the Genesis brand. Upscale "Hyundai" I stopped in to do a "look" on the beautiful SUV's. I didn't purchase this time due to a current lease on my 2025 Lexus NX. Kudos to Dwight...

  Hi my name is David I recently purchased a used car from Hoffman Honda and I was pleased that I’m taking time out of my day to right this comment. My sales man name was Kim and he just about did what ever was necessary for me to get the car I was looking at and I thought the whole entire team was fantastic. Too bad a week later I hit a deer and my car was a complete loss. That’s not stopping me from buying a second vehicle and you bet that Kim will be my sales man once again. P. S. Kim also dropped my car off the next day after my sale was complete.
