  Everyone I talked to was really nice and eager to help. As someone who frequently travels for work I was very surprised at the level of customer service here, especially the kind gentleman Muda (his knowledge of the system, cars, and expertise was impressive).

  Not a good experience overall . When getting insurance and warranty if you wanted to take of off the car they request to bring the car in to check which is fine but they let me know that the same day … I have a baby and I also have family in and out of the hospital and if I didn’t come in to get the car view they would continue charging me which they did

  enterprise car rental in east hartford is a joke i been renting with enterprise for 15 years and the only time i have problems is at the east hartford site cars are dirty they stink or i can’t even get a car🤦🏽this is the second time i rented a vehicle and they wait till the last min when im ready to pick it up to call and say they have no vehicles but please don’t get the truck rental department mixed up with the car rental department. a gentleman name slater from the truck rental side made sure i got a vehicle both times and he made sure i was satisfied with my rental big thanks to slater for his help and professional support and danielle from car dept should be fired!! if u have to rent a truck definitely go to east hartfords truck rental department slater will see that you get what you need.

  I rented in Hartford but I was out in Danbury and I called the local Enterprise because my windshield wipers were squealing they said they couldn't do anything about replacing them. Something to do with having different vendors in the Hartford area? My rental company choices are based on the deals I get for the Priceline or the Uber app. Regarding next time.
