After waiting an hour and a half, and being apologized to multiple times for how long it took, I watched my car remain in the 3rd bay the entire time, never going to the alignment machine in the 4th bay. When my boyfriend, who is a mechanic, mentioned this to me in the way home, I called immediately from my house 45 minutes later. First I was told, yes it was aligned. That the mechanic even tooo a rose to ensure it was all set (which doesn’t mean anything). Then I was told that the schematics would be sent to me via email to prove that it was done. Then he called me back and said that they couldn’t produce the results from the alignment so he refunded me. Then he called me back and said that he accidentally refunded the entire amount and that I had to provide him with a credit card over the phone. I now have a complaint in to corporate and will ensure that this is somehow remedied.
