- JRJosue RivasOct 14, 20254.0I had a very good experience when I took my Honda Pilot in. I was hearing sporadic grinding sounds and thought I needed new rotors or something expensive. Thankfully it wasn't that, and Florencio Rivera (Manager at that time) just told me it was a loose plate by the brakes and explained when it was making the sounds. They readjusted and that was it, didn't even charge me even though I did insist to pay for at least putting the car on the lift. The Only issue I would say I had with the experience was probably wait time but that was due to them being short staffed. But aside from that, it was a fine experience and I really appreciated the honesty. They could have easily said Yes my rotors needed replacing.

No front desk personnel..the service manager slowly made it to front desk with an attitude like I was causing inconvenience. Then advised me I had to wait behind 3 cars with brake jobs with no waiters but myself. As a 11 year Heavy duty Service manager it's ideal to do your waiter first especially if the job is quicker on a preplanned appnt. The shop looked disgusting... Service manager indicated that there was no Packaging slip or paper work that came with my tires which was prepaid. As a shop manager you should always be organized and on top of your incoming freight so I had to identify my own shipment in the shop. How unprofessional... The shops full of tires how am I supposed to identify merchandise... In conclusion this location can really benefit from some type of training on to how to manage a shop... Techs... Work flow as well as Customer Satisfaction. The customers is what keeps your business successful. I took my tires to a different location for install.
