After another shop damaged my car, Mike checked it out, fixed the issue completely free of charge, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Their honesty, professionalism, and customer-first attitude truly set them apart. Highly recommended!
- MMMark MacfarlaneNov 17, 20254.05 star crew, vehicle, deal. Unfortunately it was a 4 star experience in total. Hoffman's website clearly states, in the CPO section, " every certified Lexus comes with a 6 year warranty" this is not true. When we asked about this warranty they were flabbergasted! No one had ever asked about this before. We were then told that 'every certified Lexus got a 2 year factory warranty', this is not true. The current policy, we are now being told, is a new Lexus gets a 4 year warranty; buying CPO extends that 2 years, from the original in-service date. This all means if you buy a CPO Lexus 5 years from the original in service date you will get a 1 year warranty. That is a long way from the 6 years they claim on their website and the 2 years they claim in person. The true warranty policy will not be known until we take the car in for service. Hoffmans upper management needs to come clean on this and be a lot clearer on the true warranty policy.

From the start of the build to taking delivery, Sherif exceeded my expectations. He is such a sweetheart, shows how much he cares about making sure your buying experience is great, and was never pushy which really made this process stress free. Chris was amazing as well assisting with the paperwork and giving an awesome tutorial on all the cars features making sure I understood everything clearly.
