  I am in the midst of tracking down a title to a leased car that my father bought out and before the title was received the car was totaled (everyone is OK). I walked in to Hoffman Lexus and had the god luck to meet a manager named Cherief Diouf. Mr Diouf patiently listened to my circumstance, told me the three possible departments he would contact on my behalf and the back up plan if none of those worked. He sourced all the details to make his inquiry and when none of them worked he printed out the CarFax and referred me to DMV. When I arrived at Hoffman I was uncertain. When I left I had clarity even though my problem wasn’t solved. Thank you.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with **James Fabiano** at Lexus, and I can honestly say it was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. From the start, James was super friendly, down-to-earth, and zero pressure. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, answered all my questions (even the random ones), and made sure I felt completely comfortable every step of the way. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and isn’t just trying to make a sale. He was patient, knowledgeable about the different Lexus models, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. No games, no surprises — just straightforward, honest service. If you’re in the market for a Lexus, I highly recommend asking for James Fabiano. He’ll take great care of you!

  Recently got a 2026 NX 350H at Hoffman’s Lexus and the whole experience with Chris Coriano from the start to picking up the car was smooth and positive. He was patient and took the time to answer all my questions.

  As a first-time car shopper, especially as a first-time buyer of an electric vehicle, I had an incredible time purchasing my new 2026 RZ 450e from Hoffman Lexus. Working with Darren was an absolute pleasure - he took the time to walk me through the process with patience and professionalism from the first phone call to driving off the lot. The collective knowledge, expertise, and good vibes from Darren, Emerson, and the rest of the staff who stopped to say hello to me made the experience truly worth it.
