    The great thing was I got there early; Patrick and the team took my car in and started working on it immediately. The lounge area was great and I was able to get some work done. The not so great thing was that there was an open recall on my car and I assumed they would check and take care of that issue. Now I have to schedule a second trip to get that done :-(

    Gerald my salesman….well he answered my questions 1st time on the phone. I drove 2 hrs to test drive a truck. I texted him that I’ve just arrived this gentleman walks outside with the key in his hand and points me over to a just washed truck. So we chatted about numbers & I drove home an hour later. Best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Gerald & Pedro. Only feedback I would recommend is that the sales staff have an actual work cellphone to receive texts and calls.

    I had an excellent experience handled by Zack and the service department. He listened to my concerns and kept the car long enough to find things that were that were wrong with the car that other people have stated we’re not wrong. He took the extra time and care and made the experience a comfortable one. They fix all of the things within warranty that were replaced the things that were factory recalls and even found additional things. It was a pleasure working with Zack.. So if you go to the dealership, ask for Zack in service

    Just picked up my fifth vehicle from Hoffman, and once again Jason Grant and the entire Hoffman crew knocked it out of the park. These guys are true pros—always friendly, always helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. This time was extra special because I finally got my dream truck: a 2025 Ford Raptor. Jason made the whole process seamless from start to finish and found the exact truck I had been searching for. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hoffman to anyone looking for a stress‑free, top‑notch buying experience.

    I love my 2014 truck and hoped to keep it going for many years. Unfortunately it had a major and expensive problem out of nowhere after 100K miles (turbo leak). Pat and crew were very professional, competent, and understanding. My corner garage said it was major and Pat confirmed that it was up there $ wise (trying to decide whether to keep or move on). Pat's team checked the whole vehicle and found it was really solid except a couple issues. There was a video shared by the tech that outlined the good and the bad. Pat very "humanly" worked with me to prioritize and make the descision to repair make sense both economically and practically. Knowing time wasn't a big rush for us allowed a bit of flexibility on both sides. His regular check ins and updates made it so we were always on the same page. I am thrilled to have my truck back. Thanks Pat and Team
