    They took really good care of me and my 2016 mustang ecoboost and went in for a coolant flush and got her done with no issues, they also checked my transmission fluid level and tapped it up as it was missing 1qt they did it free of charge they only charged me for the coolant flush. Awesome 👌

    After being in a Nissan for almost 30 years, I was looking for a change. I found the blue and white Bronco Sport Heritage online at Hoffman Ford. I went in this morning and met Michael Lantigua. He was amazing! His manager was so helpful! And the finance guy was great. Needless to say, the experience was great! Thanks to all of the people involved, but to Michael- thank you for being personable during what can be a nerve wracking experience.

    I brought in my 2023 Ford Explorer for a safety recall on the Sync module, and they had it done in under an hour. Friendly staff, nice waiting area with wifi and coffee. Great overall experience.

    Had a great buying experience with Richard and service experience with Zack. Smooth, no hassle, fast buying process and Richard made sure to listen, understand and answer everything I had questions about. Truck has been great but about a week after buying, I noticed a leak from one of the tires. Richard was quick to offer a solution and the way Zack explained and handled everything was top notch. Zack's attitude, knowledge, choice of words and attentiveness shows he is excellent at his job. He didn't make any false promises, gave me an accurate time line for the service and had things done super quick. It's really hard to find a good dealership for sales and service but Hoffman's has far exceeded my expectations. I usually don't write too many reviews but Richard and Zack deserve more than 5 stars!
