  Amazing customer service. Great communication. Very professional. Jaimie in parts was great. She listened to all my concerns and made more than one phone call to keep me in the loop. I had a less than ideal experience at Ray Seraphin ford in Vernon and I’m really glad I decided to use Hoffman. Even though it’s a little out of the way, great customer service is worth the drive.

  Bought my hybrid F150 here. Jerry worked with me to find the truck I wanted. He and the entire staff at Hoffman provided amazing service every step of the way. If you are looking for a vehicle make this your first and last stop.

  Nobody seems to know what is going on at this place. Terrible communication. Scheduled service with valet pickup and loaner drop off. They picked up my car on Wednesday....heard nothing on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Called them twice on Saturday and never received a call back. Called three times on Monday before I finally got a person. When I asked about my car, he didn't know about it (even though he was listed as my service rep on my service form). Finally put me through to a different rep who was apparently my rep now. I explained I had not been updated about anything and their service website that is supposed to update you on the status of your vehicle still showed that they didn't even have my car at their service center (which was FIVE DAYS AGO). He told me that they were expecting the part that day, but it probably wouldn't be ready until the next day because they still had to wash and detail it. I explained I wouldn't be able to pick it up until Wednesday due to my work schedule, and he said that was fine. Never got confirmation that the car was ready Tuesday. Called three times on Wednesday and they never called me back. Ended up going to pick up the car anyway on Wednesday. Nobody knew the status of my car (including the new service rep I was assigned to). Finally found my car, which was never washed or detailed. While waiting to pay my bill, I get a text saying my car is about be returned to my house by the valet! I pay the bill, get in my car, and as I'm driving out of the parking lot, I get a call from the service rep (who just stood next to me telling one of the other reps that he didn't know anything about my car) that a valet was in the process of driving my car back to me right now! What?!?! I said, "No, I'm actually driving my own car out of your lot right now." Completely incompetent business with ZERO communication skills. Will NEVER go back. Update 11/11/25 : there is now an additional $55 charge on my account from them…can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone to get an answer, but if it for the valet or detail service, that they 1) said was complimentary and 2) didn’t DO since I picked up my own, dirty vehicle, we are going to have words!

  From the moment we called Hoffman, Nichole Reigins was helpful in guiding us to find a replacement vehicle, especially during a difficult and stressful time for my family. Nichole is knowledgeable not only on Ford cars and Ford technology but also has a grasp on the competitors market. She listened to our wishlist and needs and truly delivered. We are truly happy with our new Ford Explorer and the experience Nichole provided for us at Hoffman.

  I wanted a particular vehicle and asked the sales representative to help me with my decision. Gerald, was super helpful and knowledgeable. Helped every step of the way, the process was very smooth. I knew I had the right vehicle when I left the dealership
