  The basis of my relationship at @HoffmanLexus was largely dependent on the presence of Tom, a long-standing employee who took pride in guiding me through the purchase of my first vehicle—a beautiful 2025 IS F AWD in Incognito. Lexus is known for many things, but none of them exist without the people behind the brand. No product truly speaks for itself without an understanding of its features, capabilities, and reliability—these are what create real value. Tom was one of the only individuals at this location whom I trusted. His genuine passion for the Lexus brand and his personable, respectful approach made the experience feel like a conversation with a friend rather than a transactional interaction with a generic salesperson. Despite his clear value, professionalism, and dedication, he has since been terminated under what I understand to be false pretenses—an outcome that lacked dignity and respect for his contributions. This has led me to believe that @HoffmanAutoGroup may not foster a fair or supportive environment for its employees, and that this culture can permeate across departments. As a result, I will feel far more comfortable continuing all service for my financed IS with Tom at his new location. To whichever member of the Hoffman family determined that this was an appropriate way to handle this decision: the manner in which this was executed speaks volumes about the @HoffmanAutoGroup brand as a whole.

  I leased my 2025 SQ5 from the New London location, and had such an amazing experience compared to purchasing a vehicle from anywhere else. They are friendly, polite, KNOWLEDGABLE and as the wife of a car enthusiast this meant a lot to us. My husband is not the most pleasant customer but they made one of him, it felt like buying from friends. Later, I began working with Hoffmans purchasing team as well (as I work within the promotional product industry) and Callie is always a pleasure to work with. From both sides of things, Hoffman has an outstanding team working for them!

  I picked up my car yesterday after being in an accident. I LOVE IT! From the day I dropped it off Hoffman made it a smooth transaction. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. Chris was able to give me a ride home, George was great with keeping me up to date with parts and dealing with insurance company, and John did a fantastic job matching my paint color. Flawless...looks brand new! I had a great experience and highly recommend Hoffman for auto repair! Thank you Hoffman!

  BMW of Waterbury may be the worst car dealer in CT. Sales department can care less about thier customers. Worst customer experience when purchasing our vehicle. Scheduled service on line with requested loaner car. Got to the service desk and that have no record of my loaner request. Said there was no record of loaner request, and could I wait 90 minutes for the service. What choice did I have at 7:30 in the morning. Others waited 60 minutes for a loaner and one customer left and said he would never come back. Very nice Poinsettia's throughout the dealer that haven’t seen water in weeks. Similar to the service of their customers.
