He kept me in the loop while waiting for my parts to be delivered. Athena, my service consultant was outstanding! She met me in the service bay and while we spoke about my transmitter programing, she essentially gave me an Audi Q5 101 course on my new/old vehicle. She explained many of the features that I didn't know about and answered all of my questions. Her knowledge of my vehicle immediately set me at ease. Athena had my car washed and vacuumed, and reviewed the service items that were checked i.e. tires (pressure set to specs) and brakes. She is an asset to your dealership and I look forward to seeing her again for my next service.
