  Peter Stanek, Sales, and Eddie in Finance were the best two workers that I have ever encountered in all my car buying experiences. Peter was so personable and relatable. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle I bought. Eddie went over and above the regular course of duty to find a doable financial situation for me, even searching early in the morning to find it. And, they did it in about 24 hours. I thank Peter and Eddie for helping me get out of a bad deal and into a van that I can love.

  I owned a 2018 Audi S3 and had it serviced at this dealership several times — a yearly check-up and two full brake services, totaling three visits. Each time, I would bring the car in with a full tank and set it to Comfort mode. Without fail, when I got the car back, about half the gas tank was gone, and the car would be in Dynamic mode. I understand that troubleshooting may require some driving, but using half a tank of gas goes far beyond that — especially knowing this is a performance vehicle that’s fun to drive. What really crossed the line was when a friend called me while my car was being serviced and said, “You’re really enjoying that car — I just saw it flying down the 91 at over 100 mph.” He even read me the license plate, confirming it was my car. That moment made me lose all trust. It showed me that the technician handling my vehicle wasn’t mature enough to respect my property. If you care about your car, I strongly suggest taking it somewhere else for service.

  We worked with Miguel at Hoffman. He was very patient with us and once I met him, I mostly communicated via text with him. He answered all our questions and would send information whenever we asked. If he was not working, someone else from Hoffman would reply so we did not have to wait till Miguel came to work. Our purchase of our new car was easy and we look forward to enjoying our new Audi A6 and working with the Hoffman family.

  Had a great experience at Audi Hoffman Hartford! I came in for a sudden issue with my Q5, and they immediately took me in right on time for my appointment. The staff was welcoming, professional, and very thorough. Rocky Subramani took care of the whole process — he clearly explained everything, personally showed me what was wrong, and made sure it was fixed quickly. The waiting time was short, the accommodations were excellent, and my car now feels noticeably smoother with much better performance. This visit really made me realize how important it is to go to an official Audi service center instead of non-Audi dealers — the level of care, expertise, and attention to detail here is on another level. Highly recommend Audi Hoffman Hartford and Rocky for anyone looking for top-notch service! The rest of the staff were also incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire visit — from check-in to checkout, everyone made the experience smooth and stress-free. A big thank you to Rocky and all the technicians for their excellent work and friendly attitude.

  I recently purchased a car from Hoffman Audi and Amaury was the sales person I worked with. He was incredible to work with! He was kind and informative, extremely knowledgeable, and respectful. I was replacing a car due to an accident and he was sensitive to the issue and helped me find a car that I felt great about, comfortable in, and felt safe driving. When the car came in, he helped with all of the accessories and made sure to thoroughly review all of the details in the car. I would highly recommend Amaury at Hoffman Audi if interesting in purchasing a new car!!
