  I had an absolutely awesome car-buying experience at Audi of East Hartford. Amaury was fantastic to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making the process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel pressured. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with my new Audi Q5. I highly recommend Audi of East Hartford and especially Amaury to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

  My son purchased a car from Miguel in early December 2025. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient especially with it being my son’s first car purchase. Less than a month later, I decided to purchase a used car and chose Audi specifically because of our experience with Miguel. Thank you for making a stressful situation easy.

  Never take your audi to them if you have a warranty. They try every way to void the warranty and come up with ways to take your money. Go to the nearest Audi dealer and save yourself from stress and arguments because here you have to argue for 2-3 hours, and they make a big deal out of simple things as if they are huge.

  Unfortunately, I would not recommend Audi of East Hartford to anybody and the reason why is because I bought a used car there less than a year ago and after the six month warranty this is what's wrong with my car alternator pulley end with new belt, valve cover reseal, transmission fluid change, air conditioning system changed, boot, outer CV, front passenger boot, repair kit, torn, and leaking, etc the list goes on ... this company is definitely in the business of selling dressed up lemons I tried to reach out to management with no resolution. I was told that it's my problem not theirs thank you, Hoffman Audi buyers beware once the warranty ends you’ll have a slew of problems so I don’t recommend buying a car new or used here. So to all the customers out there be on the lookout for the salesman name Kevin and the manager named John. They’re both in a business of selling lemons.

  Mike Telep, Sales Manager, at Hoffman was Outstanding in helping me with the purchase of my new 2025 Q5. Interestingly, in 2019 when I purchased my first Q5, I did not like the sales approach of the team at Hoffman so I ended up buying from a competitor. I almost did not go back when looking to replace my Q5, however I am glad I gave the dealership a second chance and found Mike. It can be a stressful process buying a new car and most dreaded and offensive is the insincere style and hard sales pitch predictable at dealerships. Mike was none of that. I found him to be direct, sincere, and honest with a very welcoming approach. My wishes were very specific and Mike patiently went to great lengths to get me exactly what I wanted. When he said he would look into something, he did, and got back to me timely. Mike has great integrity, a unique trait seen in this line of work. Thank You to Pietr for his patience in helping me to set up my new car on pickup and Eddie for the ease of closing the deal. The entire buying process was truly pleasant and a non-stressful experience. I was very impressed to see the dealership quality of customer experience improve so greatly since 2019. I am a converted Hoffman fan now. Thank YOU to Mike and the team.
