  Slater Gregory was very helpful. First when I called to obtain the license plate number of the truck, so I could setup FastPass. Then he called me Saturday morning when the truck arrived, so we could pick it up early. Lastly his customer service and attention to detail was fantastic. I’m a long time customer of Enterprise and National and will continue to do business with them. 15 foot box truck with handy lift gate. Worked very well for us at a good price.

  From the beginning to the end of rental the service was 5 stars. Let’s start with the customer service. The reminder call was friendly and professional. Slater walked me through the car details. Upon delivery the rep was also professional and courteous. The staff I dealt with should do a training on customer service for other companies. Excellent job guys!

  I would highly recommend enterprise truck rental in east hartford for your truck rental needs they have the most professional and knowledgeable team!!
