    Horrible customer service, rude employees. Unable to reach anyone who would hear my concerns over the issues I had in that location. Sent an email over a month ago and still no response or reply from anyone in corporate office or higher management. Will never go there again if I don't have too. To your response I have already done that and got no where. I was told someone would reach out and they never did. At this point I will continue to leave reviews anywhere I can help, BBB, FB to rate my experience. Thank you

    I appreciate the customer service, I was picked up and brought to Enterprise. I also liked that from arrival to driving off the process was short and stressless

    I made a reservation on Thursday to pick up the vehicle. On Sunday, I took an Uber to pick it up and they didn't have any vehicles. This is ridiculous. This is the second time they've done the same thing. They're not professional at all.
