My uncle got into an accident with his savanna van and I referred him to my local truck rental branch in saybrook that I rent from often, always had such a good experience with enterprise, anyways they rented him a van and then Mike from car sales reached out to find a replacement for him, Mike worked day in and day out to find exactly what he wanted all while enterprise was handing his insurance and claim behind the scene. After Mike found the van he wanted they arranged the arrival of the van we went and picked it up and was in and out in less then 30 minutes. Mike made the experience fun and easy.

She kept in contact with me the entire time, stayed late a few nights to get paperwork situated and then delivered my car to me. It was such a smooth and welcoming process from beginning to end. She even went as far as interacting and watching my infant while I test drove the car. Bringing an infant to a car dealership can be stressful and she as well as all the other staff were so welcoming and not once made us feel like a bother. Chris was also beyond helpful and stayed late to help with insurance phone calls. Thank you both for making the experience enjoyable. It was like buying a car from a friend. Our family is beyond grateful!
