    W Noah best customer service I went into auto parts and they closed at 8 they still let us in and take the time to decide what we were buying then he came to assist us and we found the perfect thing the fiberglass kit and due to that customer service I fixed my car

    Not helpful at this location , wouldn’t help me install headlight bulbs, that took less than 10 mins . They told me to try autozone, when I literally just purchased from this location , so why would they help with another store’s product . Then they claimed they couldn’t find my online order .

    Don't shop here I was just in there and the employees were very rude, I asked for putty to do a paint correction on my car instead of clay bars, the employee directed me to where the product was and when I walked away I heard them talking about me and how I was "in the wrong place" if your going to talk smack about the customers you should at least wait for them to leave the store before being so rude! 1:12 pm 9/23/25

    I came in to exchange my battery under the 2 year warranty. I got the battery back in January. Liv was super helpful and was in the process of exchanging the battery. She asked Jorge G. The Parts Sales Manager how to go about it in the system. After confirming she could exchange it based on the warranty disclaimer. Jorge stated he “had to test the battery due to policy and that even if it comes back good he’ll still swap it”. I stated “why not just swap it if you’re stating it’s up to your discretion and I’ve never had to go through that step”? And he raised his voice saying “he had to cause of policy and asked if that was clear enough”. I’ve never had that as part of the process, as I am a long term customer with various battery warranty purchases here at this very location. We went through that “process” it confirmed the battery was bad and he swapped the battery out without processing the transaction in the system. We got no receipt and told us we were good to go.
