  I scheduled an appointment to do my rear breaks. They gave me a price over the phone $239 for all work. When I got there I am glad I asked to confirm the price, it somehow went up to$350 plus tax! How did the price change that much in 2hrs.

  Very very bad customer service. Arrived for my appoinment at 3 pm. They said I have to come back an hour after because the person who was doing my oil change was in break. When I came back they got my car in No.one shows me the oil levels or touch base with me about the things they offer like the tire rotation or if there was need of air filter replacement. Everyone was more worried about being on the phone. I dont even.know if they actually did the oil change or tire rotarion as they offer when I called to make my appoinment. they didn't even reset the dashboard. Very disappointed I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

  I made an 8am appointment to get tires mounted and no one was there. I went back at 11 and they said there machine was down for the day try tomorrow. I booked another 8am appointment. No one was there.

  This place is an absolute joke of an auto shop. I made a brake appointment over a week in advance, and somehow they still didn’t have the most basic parts ready when I arrived. They kept my car **all day and overnight, feeding me excuse after excuse — “waiting on parts,” “running behind,” “should be done soon.” I drive 2020 Toyota Camry, one of the most common cars on the road. There is no excuse for this level of incompetence. To make matters worse, they **never once called me with an update.Not a single courtesy call. I had to call them every time just to find out what was going on with my own vehicle. For a shop that held my car for over 24 hours, that’s completely unacceptable. After all that time, the only thing they managed to do was install the rear rotors. The brake pads — the entire reason I scheduled the appointment — were never touched. And when I brought up my concerns, they acted totally nonchalant, like wasting an entire day of my time was normal. No apology, no urgency, no accountability whatsoever. I eventually had to tell them to stop, reassemble my car, and give it back because they still couldn’t complete a basic job. The lack of professionalism, organization, and customer service here is unbelievable. I hope they seriously fix the way they operate, because if they continue like this, they will not be in business for long. And the cherry on top is that they forgot To put on one lug nut thank God I checked the car first before leaving. If you value your time, money, or patience, avoid this place entirely. There are plenty of shops that actually respect their customers and know how to run a business — this one clearly does not. I will never return, and I certainly won’t recommend them to anyone.
