I told him I was embarrassed to be asking but I didn’t know what windshield wipers I needed. He was so professional and said it’s common and asked what car I had. Told me what I needed. Second employee came out later and saw myself and another customer looking at wipers and asked if we needed help. When we checked out, he personally checked our cars to make sure we got the right thing and offered to install. I’m a manager at a corporate restaurant and was beyond impressed with how helpful these young men were. I hope they are recognized.

JB went to take the old battery out and the negative post was so corroded that it would not come out. I am so grateful that JB stuck with it and eventually that post came free with the help of his boss. These guys are solid professionals and I would recommend everyone to get their batteries and parts from them. True Pro's!!
