    I had the pleasure of working with Donovan. Service was fast and efficient but what really stood out was Donovan’s customer service. I have worked customer service for over 25 years and I was extremely impressed with the way this young man presented himself, what an excellent representative for your company! He secured you a customer for life with me. The gentleman that worked on my car seemed knowledgeable and organized as well. Great overall experience because of the team working here!

    DO NOT trust them when they say they have topped your fluids!! Make sure you or someone you know double checks for you!! They told me mother every time she went to get her oil changed that they topped her fluids. Turns out they never did. Now her transmission is blown.

    The gentlmen took great care of my car. A special thanks to Derek and Colby M. for going through the procedure of the filters. I had a mouse or two that were nesting in there and they gave me great advice by spraying peppermint oil on the filter. Keeps them away! Thanks again guys!

    I will never go here again. What a joke. And reading the previous review after my latest experience feel the need to share this also. Took a car there when they first opened in the 90s.When it was quaker state and the same thing happened to me blown engine. I thought, well it's is valvoline now.Probably different employees , but it must be the same stupid people.
