  Tried to order some parts. Waited on phone for 5 minutes, TWICE, with only contact being awful music. No one answered the call. The receptionist who switched me to service was polite and efficient. Trying to reach a person was dreadful, You are as bad as trying to communicate with Optimum, which has historically held my lowest assessment. Congratulations, you have matched the nadir of customer service. I clicked 1 star because the message would not transmit without clicking at least one. Point is ... my assessment is ZERO.

  I had an excellent experience working with Omar Cardona while purchasing my car. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. What stood out the most was his honesty and dedication to making sure I found the right vehicle, not just making a sale.
