  When I arrived to pick up my car, I was upgraded to an SUV for no additional cost. The car was clean and in good shape. The agent walked around the vehicle with me to verify the pre-rental condition and then gave me the keys. Smooth transaction from start to finish; they even gave me a ride back to my employer where my personal vehicle was parked. Great experience overall.

  I was there to rent a car and I'm very happy with how I was received as a customer. I want to leave a good reference for Jordan; she was very professional with me. I've been there other times and was served by other people, and I felt like they were the ones buying something from me, but now with Jordan I felt like a customer. She was very professional and met all my needs. I could see that she doesn't treat customers differently because they have more money or because of their race; for her, everyone is equal. Congratulations, Jordan!

  The customer service at this location is absolutely amazing! The staff there truly cares for their customers and are willing to help you in any way possible. I had some insurance issues, but Hana was a boss at helping me sort it out! They do their best to accommodate their clientele with picking a specific car as well. I have had a lot of experience with renting cars and this team at the Danbury location made this process the smoothest. They deserve a raise! Thank you so much!
