  staff were very friendly and helpful. the full service only took about 20 minutes and was fairly cheap. overall great experience!

  worst customer service. Unprofessional Went for an oil change and they broke my headlights. Something fell on my headlights and broke it. And to cover themselves, they gave me an off the market headlight not the original one. Their excuse was that I was lucky enough that they gave me an off the market one. That they’re not entitled to put the original one there. This was very unprofessional the way they handle handled this matter . never going to this place again . Just be aware of what they doing to your cars .

  I believe the manager's name is Julian-- he was absolutely great. I arrived about 25 mins before they were supposed to close for the day. I was hesitant to drive in because I knew they were probably getting ready to close up shop and I didn't want to be "that customer". Before I could reverse out of the lot, he met me by my car, asked how he could help and immediately ushered me in and assured me they could do my oil change regardless of the time. They were super quick, friendly, and thorough. In fact, when my oil change was complete (at exactly 5:01pm), another car pulled up and they greeted that driver with the same leave of care they showed me. He and his team are great. Please give them raises, they deserve it.

  Valvoline of Danbury should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for overcharging my wife, the way they did for an oil change. While it is true, my wife never should have brought her car there by herself. She thought she could trust them, and they absolutely robbed her blind up charging everything as much as they could for a simple oil change a business like this cannot be trusted. There is no universe where a four-cylinder Toyota cost $150 plus for an oil change!!!

  I always get my oil changes here because the staff are so friendly. I just got one last week. Yesterday, my husband noticed something was wrong with the stem on one of my tires which rendered it flat. We went back to see if there was anything they could do. Vince (I think that’s his name) and Angel helped us out by not just letting us know the options of we could do to about the stem but also putting the donut on for no charge. I appreciate their hard work and help as well as their patience and honesty.
