  I always get my oil changes here because the staff are so friendly. I just got one last week. Yesterday, my husband noticed something was wrong with the stem on one of my tires which rendered it flat. We went back to see if there was anything they could do. Vince (I think that’s his name) and Angel helped us out by not just letting us know the options of we could do to about the stem but also putting the donut on for no charge. I appreciate their hard work and help as well as their patience and honesty.

  My last oil change at the Valvoline located on Main Street in Danbury, CT prior to the one I had on 1/9/25 at White Street was a complete disaster, after leaving my oil change from Main Street after driving a few miles my car started to buck and long story short I was given a free oil change. I didn't want to go back to the Main Street location I went to White Street where I had the pleasure of working with Liam and Matthew, I explained to them what happened at my last oil change and Liam was aware of what happened because he was the one who fixed the problem that Main Street caused. I feel bad that the cost of my oil change might have affected their numbers for the day. I appreciate their kindness and understanding and making sure my oil change was done right! I will definitely be going back to that location!

  Had sudden car trouble while they were flushing my radiator. The manager went out of his way and was lucky (and knowledgeable) enough to fix it easily. Not their fault, but they we're still eager to help me out (and they did). Great place.
