Apparently this person was having their transmission rebuilt. Vehicle after vehicle was waved into the other lane. After an hour, finally had to call the manager? over. Eventually got the oil change after about an hour and a half. Definitely not instant.

They even went the extra mile to answer some of my 3 year old son's questions about what they were doing. Great service, great location, WONDERFUL staff!

The first time, I needed to change the alternator next morning because it was full of oil, and the second time, the failure came about 3 hours later because a hose was broken. Not a coincidence.
