- LClmk ciri2 days ago5.0My last oil change at the Valvoline located on Main Street in Danbury, CT prior to the one I had on 1/9/25 at White Street was a complete disaster, after leaving my oil change from Main Street after driving a few miles my car started to buck and long story short I was given a free oil change. I didn't want to go back to the Main Street location I went to White Street where I had the pleasure of working with Liam and Matthew, I explained to them what happened at my last oil change and Liam was aware of what happened because he was the one who fixed the problem that Main Street caused. I feel bad that the cost of my oil change might have affected their numbers for the day. I appreciate their kindness and understanding and making sure my oil change was done right! I will definitely be going back to that location!
