He was covering other techs because they had many people call out, said he would be there as soon as he could, then arrived promptly with a fantastic attitude, answered any questions I had with professionalism and knowledge, and he had the windshield replaced and calibrated within 2 hours! His positive energy was contagious and I am so pleased with the results of his work. He also went above and beyond by diagnosing and fixing the nut on my wiper that was causing it to not work. If I could give him 10 stars I would… someone give that guy a raise!!

At first the technician was scheduled to come to my home, however after the fourth hour of the window I called the office and was advised that the technician’s truck broke down. I rescheduled for the next day and brought my vehicle to the shop. The staff advised me that it would take two to three hours and I was willing to wait, however the staff member offered to take me home I declined because I had no way to get back. How considerate was that?! Furthermore, the technician who worked on my vehicle was very efficient and it was ready in 1 1/2 hours! Needless to say, I highly recommend Safelite.
