EACH TIME I WAS TOLD TO BRING TO MY MECHANIC AND TO GET THE LOCKOUT HANDLED AND THEN TO CALL THE NEXT DAY TO RESOLVE THE EXTRA CHARGES ON THE ACCOUNT. I WAS NOT TAKEN CARE OF AND A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP NAMED JESSY HAD THE AUDACITY TO SCREAM AT ME AFTER CUTTING ME OFF AND TRYING TO TELL ME SHE SEEN THE NOTES BUT THERE WAS NOTHING SHE COULD HELP ME WITH. AS SOMEONE WHO IS GOING THROUGH A HARDSHIP ON MY LIFE AND DUE TO MY CAR SITUATION HAVING NO HELP AND BEING TREATED LIKE JUST A FORM OF PAYMENT AND NOT BEING CARED ABOUT WITH REAL LIFE ISSUES IS SO NOT COMFORTING. THE WOMAN TOLD ME TO CALL BACK AND REFUSED TO PASS ME TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED, THE WAY WERE TREATED AND JUST EDUCATED YOUR CLIENTS WITH YOUR SERVICES ALONE.
