  Jason Cebe-Habersky was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive, professional, and made the whole process amazing. We came from 4 hours away and he had everything ready for us. Gina Grossman handled our paperwork and was great too. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and made the finance part smooth. She also went above and beyond to help us get a Toyota souvenir for our 10-year-old son. Even Jose Cordero jumped in to help! The entire dealership was so welcoming & friendly. I would highly recommend them. Thank you all for a wonderful experience! We truly appreciate it!

  Financed a Avalon 2017 100k miles at Greentree Toyota. These cars are hard to find and get sold fast. I had an appoitment with my Agent and had to rescedule and the day I choose my agent was on a day off, so there comes James in. He had to come on his day off also to meet my needs. He told me as soon I meet him he had to come in for me like i own him something and the experience gets even more horrible duo the question of reducing the price since the car had a piece of rust which was not included in their sale page. Also if you guys go through him be careful asking for price lowering and hold your chair strong because the experience will get horrible and I mean it. I wanted the car and if there was another dealership selling the same care I would passed the Greentree toyota because of James, I was traveling far from Upstate New York so I took the car on a rainy day. After a few days I notice a plastic of lower rocket panel on the rear of the car was missing a small piece who you cant see only if you put your eye and look for it. James ghosted me. Horrible Sales Agent who shoudn't be a part of brand like Toyota. I honestly think he pushes to fast and his mood swings are so bad that it makes the hole experience so low and unprofessional. Do yourself a good fate and change to different agent a nice one who doesnt think he is selling patato chips from Mc Donalds and the queston is if they do have a good agent around?
