    Horrible experience. Wasted two days of mine an my wife. Shiisters. Had th vehicle insured and last minute slid in an extra $1000. We walked. Lost a sale plus any chance of a recommendation. To th contrary. Buyer stay clear!!

    Was very disappointed, I just wanted them to look at my truck for a possible oil leak and the girl wanted to charge me $186, they have to do a twenty point inspection which I don’t believe they did Also when she told me the price of the oil change I had to remind her about the discount for men on Friday I’ve been bringing my truck there for quite some time, was very disappointed in Toyota today!! I just wanted them to take a five minute look, not hold the truck for the day

    Two separate situations: the first was in July 2025. My A/C died in my truck. Kate (distant through the whole waiting period) never called me when the parts came in. I had to call to get information. The parts were delivered to the dealership, but no contact from Kate. The second: my exhaust system became loud this November. I went into the dealership, the gray haired heavier set guy was my service rep. He told me the front exhaust pipe was rusted and had to order the part that is back ordered for ??? He said it’s not covered under my extended service plan, I told I called Toyota and they said it is covered. He gave me an excuse that they don’t know. I should have asked for a pic. I couple of days went by and just like with Kate, no communication. I called them to get more information. Because of the noise I went to Midas. He put it on the lift, he let me look underneath (where Greentree wouldn’t let me) nothing was rusted, no holes, etc, the pipe became disconnected from the muffler. Midas took care of it free of charge. No more Greentree. Two people suggested Middletown Toyota.
