  My company rents out trucks from this location on a regular base and I get the best support in comparison to other rental car companies. Joel is extremely helpful, I can reach him 24/7 and he is doing a real great job. I don't know how the location did in the past, but since 2020 it is an amazing experience to deal with this location. - Thanks to Joel.

  Oh look, another review of a customer who booked weeks in advance and got no truck. Let me start by saying Joel, the representative at this location was very professional and understanding. Just do not book a truck here if you really expect to get one. Booked 11 days in advance only to find out this week that there will be no truck available. Do business with Penske in Danbury, I bet your experience will be positive.

  Mixed feelings. They have a very pleasant staff but bad ethics. I requested a rental almost two weeks in advance. I had an appointment to pick it up. They called me two days before and told me they wouldn't have a truck for me and would not give me a reason why. I'm not one to lean on luck but good luck if you're going with Enterprise.
