But what was excellent was the customer service. When I called, the phone was answered. When I got to the front desk, I was checked in and got a vehicle so quickly. They even tried to get me a bigger vehicle! They answered all questions. All the ladies were impressively professional, and patient.

At drop off everything went quick and smooth. Never going back to Hertz! Enterprise is the best!
