Came in for a quote on my Honda Ridgeline. The man I spoke with was in charge, was smelling of alcohol and was very rude. I went straight to Honda!

****Beware****
Upon Arriving Alcohol can be Viewed From the Customer Lobby.
Owner saying his name was Charlie was very rude and Could also Smell an odor of Alcohol Coming off.
- Place is very Dirty and messy and appeared to be unsafe
- Was quoted a Job and luckily took my car elsewhere after reading some of the reviews on here.
- Job ended up being over $1000 Cheaper and was also told there was way less needed to be done with my car.
- From reading reviews and interaction with this shop seems to be a hack shop.

Charlie is one of the realist mechanics I've ever met. Over two decades of experience and it shows, he not only fixed my Jeep (radiator needed to be replaced) but he got the best price. No nonsense, tell it to ya straight type of guy. Highly recommend Danbury AutoWerks—ask for Charlie!
