- SLsteve luttinger4 days ago5.0After my initial call with the dealership, I would never have imagined that I would be writing a positive review about Colonial Mazda's Service Department. The facts. With little warning, the engine on my 23 month old 2024 CX-50 with 24,000 miles overheated, due to a radiator clamp loosening that then caused severe damage to the engine. The mystery was how did this clamp loosen? I was informed that an "outside influence" caused this to happen so the Mazda's warranty would not cover the cost of replacing the engine...that's a $10,000 repair job. I was irate and let the service manager and everyone at the dealership know it too. However, to my amazement, the service manager worked tirelessly to find a way to persuade the insurance company to cover the damage. To my surprise the insurance company agreed to cover the repair. Thank you Jeremy, for all your hard work. I apologize for getting so angry with you and your team on the first day. You came through big time.

She was caring, attentive and generally focused on my needs for a new car. Also doing the fiancé paperwork with Mr. Tony was super. I ended up trading in my own Mazda- which I truly loved- and the entire process was pleasant and stress-free.Went in on a Monday and walked away with my new CX50 the very next day! What a great present!!
