The place is spotless, limited wait times, perfect waiting area, customer service crew are on top of everything, and the service team is well trained. My Mazda is now 10 years old and I have had zero issues with it. Bought it new from Colonial and thanks to their service & maintenance, I expect to pass it to my grandson someday, still running like a charm. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

At colonial there was no pressure and they were easy to work with. They answered all our questions and spend a great deal or time with us. Brett and the rest of the sales team made it easy to purchase. The pricing was fair and the selection of cars was very nice. I never considered mazda before but I will be going back when I need my next car based on my experience.

I took my car in because I am a new purchaser of a Mazda and am not fully familiar with the workings of my vehicle. I was greeted warmly by Anthony. I explained to him why I was there and also let him hear the recorded sound that was coming from my car while off. He immediately identified what the sound was. But I was impressed because even though he knew what the sound was, he did not send me home; he fully inspected the car to ensure there were no issues. I was very pleased with the way everything was handled.
