Not only did he help me find the right wipers, but he was incredibly patient and went above and beyond by installing them for me in the pouring rain. Another employee working with him refused to assist, but Nick didn’t hesitate for a second. Employees like Nick are truly an asset to your company. I politely asked to have them installed and the man inside said he couldn’t because it was raining and he “didn’t want to get wet.” Mind you it was drizzling, if even that. So I had to risk my life driving with no windshield wipers. I came to AutoZone for a reason. This was on 11/10 in the morning. Ride, unhappy, and unhelpful staff.
